美濃屋 MINOYA is the local TOFU factory in Morishita since 1910’s, very popular among neighbors, Sumo wrestlers and local restaurant. Their TOFU is made by traditional methods with steel castings, one by one. Some chef of restaurant in Ginza come here every day to get Minoya’s fresh, real TOFU.
A day of TOFU factory starts in early morning around 5am, cooking several TOFU and soy milk until 10am.Enjoy to learn and see the traditional way of making TOFU and how choose the soy of its. It should be your morning joy of weekend!
