Fukagawa is neighborhood rich in history, Japanese craft factories and unique speciality shops surrounding residential areas. Taking a bicycle with TreckTreck through the street as we explore the historical places and unique nighborhoods.

Meeting at Kiyosumi-Shirakawa station and moving tea local cafe. We talk to you about local culture and history as we visit historic sites along our bike ride.
Dropping by Kiyosumi Park and some local shops around Kiyosumi-Shirakawa district.
There are very old and famous temples and shrines, Fukagawa Enma-do Temple (深川えんま堂), Fukagawa Fudoson Temple (深川不動尊), Tomioka Hachimangu Shrine (富岡八幡宮)...and old bar street Tatsumi-Shinmichi(辰巳新道).
After the tour, you may use your bike by yourself freely until 18:00.

Q. Do I need to make a reservation?
A. Yes, prior reservation is needed. Please give us a booking request by 18:00 of the previous day.

Q. What is your cancellation policy like?
A. Any trip or experience can be canceled and fully refunded within 24 hours of purchase.
Q. Do I have to be in really good shape?
A. No, our neighborhood is entirely a flatland along the river. We stop several places and take a rest. However, you should be in decent shape and be able to ride a bike well.
Q. What kind of bicycle do you provide?
A. We provide 8 speed city cross bikes and pick up the right size for you.
Q. What should I bring?
A. Bring cash if you like shopping. Some small shops accept cash only. You should bring a bottle of water, but you can buy it anywhere along the way. It is better to carry your backpack.
Q. Can I bring my suitcase?
A. Yes, you can leave your luggage at the rental bike shop during the tour.
Q. How many guests are on a tour?

Q. Is lunch included?
A. No, but we are willing to recommend nice local restaurants.
Q. In case of rain, do you cancel the tour ?
A. You may reschedule it. Otherwise, the tour is conducted as usual if it rains slightly, we lend you raincoats for free. In case of heavy rain, it is switched to a walking tour, which covers almost the same spots as the cycling tour.
Q. How is the weather in winter in Tokyo?
A. The average temperature during winter in Tokyo is around 7C(44F). Be sure to wear some warm clothes and bring gloves, neck warmer and so on.
Q. Are kids possible to join the tour?
A. Kids may join a ride with their family. The minimum height requirement is 130cm(51inches). They should be competent on a bicycle.
Q. Do you provide a bicycle with kid’s seat?
A. Kid’s seat is available for kids of 2 years old and over. The maximum height of the kid is 110 cm (43 inches) and maximum weight capacity is 20 kg (44 pounds). The rider should be over 160cm (5.3 feet) in height.
Q. Do you give a discount for kids?
A. No, all ages are same price. It is for the equipment (kid’s seat and helmet) and safety care on the city road. We set up a private tour for a group with kids or toddlers. Please be sure to contact us before making a reservation. info@trecktreck.com
